GOSHEN, Mass.—Gov. Deval Patrick has signed a bill designed to expand broadband Internet access to underserved and rural areas of the state.
The governor signed the bill Monday in the western Massachusetts town of Goshen.
The measure would provide funding to bring broadband access to 30 smaller communities within the next three years.
