Polling hours: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. (All voters in line by 8 p.m. will be allowed to cast a ballot. Some communities may open polling locations as early as 5:45 a.m.; find out the details for your polling place by calling your local city or town clerk.)

Do I need to bring ID?: If you registered to vote by mail on or after Jan. 1, 2003, you will be required to show identification when you vote for the first time in a federal election if you have not sent in a copy of your identification with your mail-in voter registration form. Acceptable forms of ID include a driver's license, a utility bill, a bank statement, a paycheck, a government check, or another government document that includes your name and address.
