Music franchise returns to Hub, hoping to boost music scene on Lansdowne Street
Ever since the clubs Avalon and Axis closed in late 2007, Lansdowne Street hasn't looked quite the same on weekends. The familiar sights - 20-something clubgoers in slinky dresses mingling with indie rockers in tattered Converse shoes and Red Sox fans spilling out of Fenway Park - have given way to smaller crowds en route to the street's other bars ...
