Parents' murder charges restored
Appeal brings 2d reversal in notorious case
The state appeals court reinstated first-degree murder charges yesterday against the parents of 4-year-old Rebecca Riley, ruling that there was sufficient evidence to let a jury decide whether the Hull couple deliberately killed the child with an overdose of psychiatric drugs.
