Road lines yielding to wintry barrage
WESTON - Winter is cruel to the white dashes and lines that carve highways into lanes. Snowplows scrape the lines away; tires rolling over sand and salt grind them off. Sometimes the markings vanish completely, leaving drivers to find their own paths. (Full article: 997 words)
