MA woman accused of killing daughter, unborn child

QUINCY, Mass. (AP) -- Police say a Quincy woman killed her 9-year-old daughter and an unborn child in an apparent case of domestic violence.
The 38-year-old suspect is being treated for self-inflicted stab wounds at Boston Medical Center and is expected to be arraigned Friday on two counts of murder. She was 7.5 months pregnant.
Sgt. Dennis Maloney says police responded to 20 Woodbine Street in Quincy at about 10:30 on Thursday night.
They were called to the scene by a 14-year-old girl who survived the incident with minor injuries.
Maloney did not release names.
According to broadcast reports, the incident was sparked by an argument.
