Saying tough financial times is no excuse for inaction, Weymouth Mayor Sue Kay has vowed to get get tough on drugs - particularly heroin. She has added a fourth police officer to the town's narcotics team and promised to form a task force to help keep children safe. (Full article: 842 words)
