Hanover man told police he was high on cocaine
HINGHAM - The Hanover man accused of luring a 6-year-old girl into his apartment used a hypodermic needle to inject the child with an unknown substance that made her feel sleepy as he bound and chained her inside a bedroom filled with chains, ropes, and other trappings of sexual bondage, authorities said yesterday.
