If you went strictly by the numbers, yesterday’s scooter rallies at the State House and nearby Charles Street seemed a bit lackluster: about 30 scooters and mopeds in all, with fewer than 10 bikes taking metered spots from four-wheeled vehicles. (Full article: 650 words)
