Prosecutors say cement deliveries were substandard
Four former managers for Aggregate Industries NE Inc., which provided 135,000 truckloads of concrete for the Big Dig, have been convicted in federal court of conspiring to defraud the government by delivering substandard concrete, according to acting US Attorney Michael K.
