Video could help stir memories, generate leads
Two MBTA workers found Santo Milicio Mejia dead on March 11, 2003. His body was beaten and charred, covered by snow, and wedged inside a drainage culvert near commuter rail tracks in Billerica. A white plastic bag was wrapped around his head. (Full article: 393 words)
