Brockton Fire Lieutenant Roger Orcutt says he still can see the skid marks on East Street in Brockton, where his son slammed on his brakes to avoid hitting a car. Ryan P. Orcutt was killed that day in March, just 16 and a sophomore. (Full article: 666 words)
