BOSTON—Rep. Michael Capuano (cap-yoo-AH'-noh) is tapping the power of the "Fantastic Four" for his U.S. Senate campaign.

Actor Chris Evans -- the congressman's nephew and a star in the action movie series -- is scheduled to attend a townhall meeting with Capuano on Monday night.

The campaign also promises another special guest "who is no stranger to public life or political activism."

The congressman is one of a series of what Capuano has called " Open Mike" meetings across the state.

Fellow Democrats Martha Coakley, Alan Khazei (KAY'-zee) and Stephen Pagliuca (pah-lee-OOH'-cah) are also running for the seat. State Sen. Scott Brown and businessman Jack E. Robinson are competing for the Republican nomination.

Sen. Edward Kennedy died Aug. 25 of brain cancer.
