EDUCATION -- Adelphi University, bachelor's degree, business administration, 1978; George Washington University Law School, juris doctorate, 1981.

EXPERIENCE -- Assistant District Attorney in Middlesex County, Mass., 1983 to 1988 and 1991-1995. In 1992, member of the "October Surprise" team for the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, investigated allegations that the Reagan/Bush campaign of 1980 sought to delay the release of the hostages in Iran to influence that year's election. In 1991, on behalf of the National Football League, helped investigate allegations of sexual harassment made by a Boston Herald sports writer against the New England Patriots.
