Acquitted firefighter now set to sue police

A veteran Boston firefighter and his attorneys will file a federal lawsuit today alleging that two Boston police officers used excessive force when he was arrested in 2008 as police were investigating a report that a woman was being beaten in Dorchester. (Full article: 607 words)
