As officials announced a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the killer of a store clerk in Jamaica Plain, the victim’s relatives said they had learned the clerk’s 9-year-old daughter in Nepal will not be allowed into the country for the funeral because US Embassy officials have denied her a visa.
