Carmen Milagros Ortiz is sworn in as U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts.
They met 30 years ago, when he was a junior lawyer in the US Justice Department in Washington and she was a George Washington University Law School student with a summer internship in his unit. (Full article: 351 words)
