GLOUCESTER - He was a good kid who played soccer and lacrosse and made everybody laugh, his friends say. And the fact that 16-year-old Dylan Hill wound up dead on a stretch of beach near his home, after leaving his house late Saturday evening, has shocked almost everyone in this tight-knit fishing port and left many searching for answers.
