Seventeen months ago, as his father stood nearby at a gun range in Westfield, 8-year-old Christopher Bizilj aimed an Uzi at a pumpkin and squeezed the trigger. The submachine gun, which has a high rate of fire, recoiled and fatally wounded the third-grader. (Full article: 852 words)
