Adults should be held accountable for not intervening, he says
Intensifying public pressure against the leaders of the South Hadley schools, Governor Deval Patrick criticized school officials yesterday for their handling of the bullying campaign against Phoebe Prince, saying it was “outrageous’’ that more was not done to protect the 15-year-old and that administrators who did not intervene should be held accountable.
