BOSTON—Massachusetts voters will be facing plenty of choices this fall.

Incumbent Democratic Gov. Deval Patrick, Lt. Gov. Timothy Murray, and state Secretary William Galvin are all facing Republican challenges. Democratic Attorney General Martha Coakley is running unopposed.

Two open seats for the state auditor and state treasurer also have Democratic and Republican candidates.

Nine of the state's ten Democratic U.S. House members are seeking re-election and all but Rep. Michael Capuano will face Republican competition.

Others, including Reps. Jim McGovern, Barney Frank and Stephen Lynch face primary Democratic challengers.

In the 10th Congressional District, two Democrats and four Republicans are vying to replace outgoing Democratic Rep. William Delahunt.

Tuesday was the deadline to submit voter signatures to qualify for the ballot.
