Defies probation on assault charges, gets 3 to 5 years
An East Boston man who has served time for animal cruelty and arson was sentenced to three to five years in state prison yesterday for violating probation on a 2008 assault and battery charge, according to a spokesman for the Suffolk district attorney’s office. (Full article: 309 words)
