Humor festival draws world’s cartoonists

Cartoonists from around the world are submitting works on the themes of freedom and Edward M. Kennedy, the late Massachusetts senator, for an international humor contest scheduled in Boston. Mario Barros, a Cuban refugee and organizer of the Boston International Humor Festival, said that more than 1,000 works from about 400 cartoonists have been submitted as today’s deadline approaches. ...
