Plan to upgrade road, cater to cyclists faces tough fight by resident

Like a number of cities and towns in this carbon-conscious time, Arlington planners wanted to make their town more welcoming to the droves of bikers and pedestrians clamoring for space on the roadways. (Full article: 896 words)
