Nonunion group sees ethics issue
A group of nonunion contractors has filed a complaint with the State Ethics Commission alleging that a $750 million construction agreement at the University of Massachusetts Boston favored by organized labor violated the state’s conflict of interest law when it was approved by a board that includes two union leaders.
