The numbers are in for fiscal 2010, and the T finished in the black, collecting $1.2 million more than it spent. That might not sound like much on an annual budget of $1.6 billion, but it’s good news in challenging financial times and it’s the best the T has done since 2005. (Full article: 1304 words)
