AUBURN, Mass.—Two people have been killed in a traffic accident in Auburn.

Authorities said two male passengers in the Mazda died in the crash. Their names were not immediately released.
The drivers of both vehicles survived the crash. Both sustained injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening.
A stretch of the heavily-traveled road was closed for several hours after the crash, which remains under investigation.
