Arriving at the start of Labor Day weekend, Tropical Storm Earl could hardly have chosen worse timing for Cape Cod vacationers and the multitude of businesses that rely on them. But the once-fearsome storm went out of its way to be courteous, causing minimal damage, and leaving sublime weather that saved the pivotal holiday weekend from disaster. (Full article: 784 words)
