NASHVILLE, Tenn.—A Boston-based health care technology startup is relocating to Nashville after a $4.5 million investment that included money from Tennessee's venture capital program TNInvestco.

According to a news release, Shareable Ink helps health care organizations transition to electronic records.

The company plans to open a temporary office in Nashville this month and have more than 60 percent of staff in the city within 12 months.

Shareable Ink has also begun recruiting local software developers, project managers and customer support staff.

The investment was led by the Tennessee Angel Fund, an initiative of the Nashville Capital Network. A syndicate of health care investors also contributed.
