BOSTON—State police say two people have suffered minor injuries in a chain-reaction car crash outside a terminal at Boston's Logan International Airport.

The crash occurred at about 6:35 a.m. Monday on the Terminal C departure level roadway outside the Jet Blue facility.

Police says the crash was triggered when the driver of a 2007 Ford Explorer apparently hit the gas pedal instead of the brakes and ended up in a baggage checking area at the curb.

Police say the woman driving the Explorer and another driver were taken to a hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the Explorer was issued a summons for negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
