Police name 2 found slain in Hyde Park

Boston police have identified the victims of a double homicide in Hyde Park early Tuesday. Kevin Thomas, 32, and Billie Kee, 24, were fatally shot at about 12:40 a.m. at their home on Hyde Park Avenue in what police believe was a drug-related attack. The Globe reported yesterday that Kee is the daughter of retired Boston police detective William L. Kee. No arrests have been made. The killings brought this year’s homicide total in the city to 29, compared with 35 at this time last year, a police spokesman said.
