A Methuen woman pleaded guilty in Salem Superior Court yesterday to reckless endangerment of a child and two counts of running an unlicensed day care after an infant died in her care in September 2008, according to the Essex district attorney’s office. Assistant Essex District Attorney Kate B. MacDougall said that if the case had gone to trial, it would have been proven Linda Favazza, 60, had 13 children in her care when 8-week-old Tyler Grealish died in her residence. Favazza was sentenced to 30 days in the House of Correction and placed on probation for three years, the district attorney’s office said.
