BRENTWOOD, N.H.—A third suspect has been indicted in connection with the theft last fall of more than $80,000 in jewelry from store at the Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem.
Mark Pasquarello of Woburn, Mass., was indicted by a grand jury on a charge of felony theft.
Police say three men, two of them wearing dress shirts and ties, walked into the mall's service entrance at 8 a.m. last Oct. 28 and pried open display cases at the Piercing Pagoda with a crowbar. A third man, wearing jeans and a white shirt, acted as a lookout. The thefts were captured by a surveillance camera.
Police tell The Eagle-Tribune (http://bit.ly/ornHJF ) the mall normally would have been open for walkers, but was closed that day for a pre-planned fire drill.
