MARSHFIELD, Mass.—Authorities say a 39-year-old Marshfield man has been killed while working in the garage of a septic services company.
Plymouth District Attorney Timothy Cruz said the Wednesday morning death of Brian Fosdick appears to be an accident.
Cruz said in a statement that Fosdick was found lying next to a septic truck at All-Town Inc. at 43 Lone St. in Marshfield. He said Fosdick appeared to have suffered blunt force trauma to the forehead. An autopsy is being conducted.
The death is being investigated by state and local police and the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
