Father’s car towed with children inside

Two children were left unattended in the back of their father’s car when it was towed off Interstate 95 because he was allegedly drunk and asleep at the wheel, officials said. Fredly Misere, 30, of Pawtucket, R.I., was arraigned in Attleboro District Court on drunk driving charges. His two daughters, four-years-old, and four-months-old, were not discovered until the car was in a tow lot, officials said today.
