Meditech blames historical panel
A month after the Patrick administration’s boasted about its speedy permitting of a development proposal in Freetown by the software maker Meditech, the project is bogged down in a morass of rumors and recriminations, and the finger-pointing is already underway. At issue is the crumbling relationship between Meditech and the Massachusetts Historical Commission, which has yet to sign off on the project due to concerns about potential Native American graves on the proposed site.
