The Amesbury Chamber of Commerce will present the latest in its nonprofit leadership series from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Wednesday in the Community Room at the Newburyport Five Cents Savings Bank, 43 Main St. Topics will examine factors that affect the quality of nonprofits. Dave Welbourn, president and chief executive of the Essex County Community Foundation, will talk about the county’s 2,500 nonprofits and ways for them to thrive in the current economy.
