DiMasi might serve sentence in Kentucky

Former House speaker Salvatore DiMasi will be able to spend Thanksgiving at home this year after US District Court Chief Judge Mark Wolf changed the date DiMasi must report to federal prison to Nov. 30. DiMasi and lobbyist Richard W. McDonough were convicted on federal corruption charges earlier this year. DiMasi was given an eight-year sentence and McDonough was ordered imprisoned for seven years. They were originally ordered to enter prison Nov. 16.
