Saugus drawbridge gets emergency fixes, delays
Worry about pier prompts T repairs

The shutdown means all commuter rail trains on the Newburyport/Rockport Line will be delayed 2 to 10 minutes under a schedule that begins Monday morning. Less predictable delays have been in effect since Nov. 4, when the T abruptly closed half the bridge.
