Police announce 4 arrests in fatal shooting
RANDOLPH, Mass.—Massachusetts authorities say four teens face murder charges in the shooting death of a 21-year-old man outside of his Randolph home.
Norfolk District Attorney Michael W. Morrissey says the shooting was not random, and that Kyle McManus knew at least one of the people charged with in his death late Saturday night.
Morrissey says four people were being held Sunday: 19-year-old Allison Deshowitz of Stoughton and Brockton residents Devonte Thames, Brian Moulton and Nathan Lugo.
Thames and Moulton are 18, and Lugo is 17.
Morrissey says they were taken into custody in Brockton early Sunday. He said investigators were looking at many motives, including whether drugs might have been involved.
The four teens were being held Sunday without bond and are due for arraignment Monday in Quincy District Court.
