A woman believed to be about age 70 was pushing a child in a stroller on Franklin Park Road when she was approached by a man from behind. The two struggled, but the man overpowered the victim and sexually assaulted her, according to police. Members of a local parks organization will hold a vigil and walk tomorrow evening to show their outrage over Monday’s brazen sexual assault.
