Man dies after melee in Worcester

Police say victim may have had medical condition

A man involved in a fight outside City Hall yesterday died from medical complications related to the attack, police said. An autopsy on the 20-year-old city man will be performed, police said, but noted he appeared to have suffered from a pre-existing medical condition. Police said the victim died from cardiac arrest, or complications from an asthma attack, during or after the melee.
