In a move that the student occupiers called a transition, not an abandonment, Occupy Harvard plans to remove all but its central geodesic dome from the tent encampment in Harvard Yard. The students said they hoped it would prompt the university to end its rare lockout of the public from the historic yard, which has been closed to anyone lacking Harvard identification since Nov. 9.
