Destiny Gunn claimed under oath in 2007 that she did not remember driving two men to the Jackson Square MBTA Station and picking them up soon after the shooting, and that she did not see the men intimidate another witness. But last month, she admitted she had given the men a ride and that she did see them intimidate the other witness by pointing a gun at her head, apparently to send a message not to go to police, prosecutors said.
