Residents seek home projects

Home improvement projects top the agenda for Thursday’s Board of Appeal meeting. A public hearing will be held on a request to replace and extend a porch on a single-family home at 12 Fairmont Terrace. A hearing also will be held on an application for permission to pave more than 50 percent of the front yard of a single-family home at 16 Lowell Ave. The 6:30 p.m. meeting is at City Hall. - Kathy McCabe
