Two Mattapan slay suspects seek dismissal

Lawyers for two defendants slated to go trial on Monday in the fatal shootings of four people, including a toddler, on a Mattapan street in 2010 are seeking a dismissal because authorities only recently turned over evidence implicating someone else. During a hearing on the dismissal motion yesterday, John Amabile, a lawyer for one of the defendants, Dwayne Moore, 34, of Mattapan, questioned a Boston police detective about written notes that surfaced last month.
