On the surface, there’s nothing particularly unusual about East Bridgewater’s Jackie Fraser-Swan. She married her high school sweetheart, still lives on the street where she grew up, and not long after her wedding she started her family of four daughters. Like many career moms, she strives to balance work and family time. But in Fraser-Swan’s case, that career happens to be internationally-recognized fashion designer.
