BOSTON—The Boston Bar Association is sponsoring a panel discussion on the challenges faced by Massachusetts courts because of budget constraints.
Among those who will participate are Supreme Judicial Court Justice Margot Botsford, Chief Justice Philip Rapoza of the Massachusetts Appeals Court, and Robert Mulligan, chief justice for administration and management.
The program will be held Thursday at the bar association's headquarters.
Last month, a group of lawyers and judges warned state lawmakers that budget constraints are imperiling the delivery of justice and compromising security in the state's courts.![]()
