A Dracut High School student who had been on house arrest for an earlier offense had her bail revoked and will be back in court on May 11 to face assault charges involving her mother. Police were called to the home of Catherine Gaudette, 18, earlier this month when her parents alleged that she kicked and spit on her mother after being told she could not invite over friends. Gaudette had been on house arrest for a pending case from October in which she was charged with striking three pedestrians with her car in Lowell after allegedly passing out. According to police, Gaudette had inhaled the contents of a can of compressed air to get high. Following the new charges, the $5,000 cash bail Gaudette posted for the accident-related charges was revoked.
