Pilgrim union files complaint against management
PLYMOUTH, Mass.—The union representing workers at the Pilgrim nuclear plant in Plymouth has filed five charges of federal labor law violations against the facility's ownership.
In a complaint filed with the National Labor Relations Board, the union said
Nearly 250 workers at the plant have been off the job since last Tuesday, in what the union terms a lockout.
The union also alleges that Entergy workers were making recordings of union members on the picket line, in violation of a state law requiring both parties to consent to recordings.
An Entergy spokeswoman tells the Patriot Ledger ( http://bit.ly/KZHema) the company would respond to the charges in a filing with the NLRB.
